It didn't because the PR had nothing to do with the MJ sector - people have to be scratching their heads over purchasing an organic baby food company....LOL.

However - the important news from this PR is that Morgan Stanley Expansion Capitall is now a major shareholder and partner in Neptune. Sounds to me like this was a ploy to get MSEC in the side door - hopefully they will get involved in NEPT's MJ ventures.
