Between 2009 and 2011, a bunch of note/debt holders were owed millions of dollars. They were paid off with billions of worthless shares. They took those shares and sat on them for what appears to be 10 years. Why did they settle for billions of worthless shares and what did they know about the future of UVSE. They clearly foresaw something. And now, is what they foresaw coming to fruition. Just thinking out loud.
