Once again, the following link from the medicevo web site lists the test results supporting their claims on the mask. It seems that both concerns from the SEC can be easily disputed/addressed. It appears to me that COUV simply stated the facts reported to them by the company they acquired (Medicevo) and the one they are trying to acquire (Carbon-ion).
