Hello Everyone,
Tad Mailander is an independent director of American Green (AMMJ) as well as a consultant for other multiple Cannibis companies. Tad took over Plandai Biotechnologies (PLPL) November 2020.
PLPL was mentioned as a competitor in the Cannibis industry on a news article Feb 9 2021 which leads me to believe that Tad is converting this company into a weed powerhouse. Furthermore, PLPL is the parent company of TXTM which is trading $0.0050+ while AMMJ is $0.50+

There were 2 form 13g's filed in January of this year, each for 9.9% ownership stakes in the company. One by EMA Group LLC for 300,931,290 shares and another by Adar Bays LLC for 277,265,010 shares respectfully.
With the current market conditions and everything happening behind the scenes, I think that this will have a serious run past $0.25, I mean look at ENZC and TSNP on what they did once everyone realized they're legitimate companies with true potential.
