This is the grey market. Means there are no market makers, hence no bid ask quotes. So any transaction is between individuals brokered by a broker. So if you had a sell at .0005 that wouldnt fill, I would think is because there was no buyer at .0005..
I may be incorrect, but this is my best guess.
