I have no clue really, been living in Nevada for the last 19 years and I only visit during summer to see family. However, I am looking for property, specifically in Butte. Super cold and super cheap electricity. Problem is the real estate prices keep getting higher. Reached out to get some communication going with the community development folks there, lots of grant and start up funds available if you have a viable plan and some funds to get going.
