Not to pile on, but even as unlikely as so many CE stocks have been trading , and aggressively I might add BCIT no longer has a soul. It is as if it never existed. As much as I would like it to, the DTCC also, it can't. It would clean up so much for them.

That being said I would imagine the DTCC would really have to do some explaining if it magically started trading.
