I'm surprised that a pre-existing "Born" company came into the shell, primarily because it didn't make sense to me at that time that a company would change names prior to actually sealing the deal with the incoming company - as of the other most recent SEC filings prior to this 8-K they represented BRRN as an empty shell in search of acquisitions and JVs.
At any rate, maybe we'll finally hear something about a business plan here, and this may not be the only company to be under the BRRN umbrella...
