I believe they had at least 2 or 3 other lawsuits, they settle those. But this is the major one of all their lawsuits, I assume, if the lost those, that means they are just buying time, if I recalled correctly, there was a day when TMXN traded like 300 million shares on the same day, I would not be surprised if they bout enough to pay for the settlement or enough so they don't have to pay that much, what ever the settlement is going to be they are going to lose big time.
Savvy Naturals, today is a factory 6-8 times bigger now, they relocated to a big new facility just before they pretended to go bankrupt.
