This is not serious for anybody to do that. And certainly not for a company. And certainly not for a >$3 billions market cap company. Excepted if it iis a fraud. As readers of my posts know, there are >20 signs that Cytodyn is a fraud whose only objective is to pump the stock through incomplete submissions and aggressive press releases while insiders get rich at the expense of shareholders. It perfectly explains (among many other things) why it takes 1 year to submit a BLA for an already completed old trial...
