Now this is the way this board should work. Very good ideas! All working together. I actually like a combination of these! I am not a big one on two shareholders having a private meeting or two or three shareholders having a CC. Just saw that play out on that other board and it was ugly for the people who met with the company. I do like the idea of a moderated company CC. All could listen in and the moderator would ask questions some prepared in advance and possibly have the ability to get questions during as well.

Now I really have no idea how to set this up! I have been on the phone for a number of conference calls. I would be willing to serve as the moderator. I do not have the knowledge to know how to set these up. Team effort is needed and then we need to get a hold of Ed Hayter. To go with the CC he is going to have to ungag. Nothing he says at this time will work for me. He has to ungag and it needs to be very soon!
