I see no issue in your posting the second paragraph – specifically:

You are correct that a key focus of TVI/TVIRD is completion of the Balabag project. As noted in our news release of December 29th, commissioning of the front-end circuits of the process plant is continuing and has included low grade ore being fed through the crushing area for the purpose of debugging the Mill. The focus continues to be completion of the Tailings Storage Facility (“TSF”). But we are unfortunately unable to make public any statement with respect to dates for start-up and first gold pour until such time that we issue an updated Technical Report that includes this information. I appreciate your comment that this may increase the visibility of TVI, but these are regulations placed upon us by the regulators that we must comply with. I can nonetheless assure you that progress at Balabag continues to go well and we are excited that the project is expected to come onstream at a time when gold and silver prices are at record highs.
