It means OTC is warning people of shady activity, so there is a high probability of losing you money of you buy it. A red flag for investors... And some platforms won’t let you buy stocks with that designation. Most of us have been holding this for a LOOOONG time. And it seems HYII is working to get current and have that corrected, hence the run... should know more by 5:30.
