Some new investors got taken by this pump piece that falsely states “... The Agreement provides for 100% ownership of RHBV, which is the parent company of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc.”

In RAKR’s actual announcement they clearly state “Rainmaker Holland BV ("RHBV" or "Rainmaker Holland"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc”.

Huge difference. Huge.

Looks like someone is intentionally misleading investors by changing the words in the announcement:
