Please reference the class action lawsuit you are stating is in CA. I have looked all over and can't find anything of the sort.
10 yrs ago I looked into this with some attorneys in CA and they basically said it wasn't worth it. I found that interesting seeing how scumbag Dubeau is still flaunting pictures of motorcycles and his Porsche on social media. The guy is still living it up on the money he swindled, leaving the shareholders to continue paying for his toys.
