Merger is not official until RS happens, part of the deal apparently.. as noted on filings last week and mgmt anticipates this to happen by end of first quarter.
My thoughts are this was known at time of proxy but not made known to shareholders until last week! Very underhanded, playing with everyone’s money that way...
