$CATV & Feldenkrais are 100% legit & transparent. And everything all shareholders have and will gain from this investment are under his direction.

So he will- and should- get compensated fairly. Anyone thinking all future growth in the company was going to happen just from debt is kidding themselves.

MF would only cannibalize his own stock investment by making unreasonable deals that would turn potential investors away. Taking a billion shares, or 26% of the O/S, for turning $CATV into a mult-billion worldwide company is not abusing the shareholders IMO. Just have to wait and see how the market responds to the rest of his moves... but it's all worked out pretty damn well so far!
