Very simple: they looked at the pps last week around 0.07 and made the math to see what ratio they should use to get to 6$.
Seriously man, you obvisouly dont get it, but at the time they could have not announced another ratio because there was nothing to support it, how could they have guessed it would go to 0.39? Also changing the ratio would have jeopardized the offering, nothing else to say.
You re frustrated but it s not the company's fault. Just buy more shares now and you will be happy when it goes back up.
