My NSAV shares are over 3 years old. Today, they are up over 1500%. I sold enough to get my investment back, to pay off a personal loan and to pay off the credit cards. I still have over 100M shares. (115M for me, and another 100M between two more accounts I manage.
I won't be selling any more soon, but there are good reasons for selling on the way up. Since I live on Social Security, I arranged to receive $1000/month from my IRA. At a penny, those remaining shares are now worth $1M. A thousand a month will pay my house payment.
