You may not be able to. Most if not all brokers stopped taking certs over a year ago.
You must call them right now on the phone and talk to a real person.

It is never a proper thing to pull certs in a penny otcm stock.
That is nonsense that stock promoters have been pushing for decades.

Call your broker.
