IMO, the filing itself is positive. Once again, the suggestion that the company was "going dark" is disproven.

To me, it also indicates that the Board is working toward bringing reporting up to date and is a sign that they are also likely working on the TriWay dividend which was mentioned as a goal in the settlement agreement.

We'll have to wait for more filings to see where they are on fulfilling the settlement issues, but this is a positive first step.
