Good Morning Michael,

A couple of observations;

The MJ sector is on fire. This is a great time to “catch the wave” of MJ enthusiasm and to take this opportunity to profile a Cannabis company. Typically, this means getting your “brand”, your “logo”, your “catchphrase”, your news updates”, your “website”, your “ cleaver and business appropriate “company name” out there.

Is there a specific reason why TPCO Holding is not taking advantage of any of these?

I hate to be a “Karen” and I know the SPAC transaction must have taken a ton of your work and enthusiasm but, C’mon man. Let’s get this party started.

#1. Name change
#2. Logo
#3. Website (they do have www.theparent.co)
#4. Catchphrase
#5. Sales update at the store level, or anything related to news.

Thank you. You and the AYR Resources CEO are the “Elon Musk” of the U.S. Cannabis market.
