I don't think either piece of news is a big deal.
The stem cell bill will just be vetoed by the President. That said, it will pass in the future... but, not right now.
In regards to the change in accountant, the fact that the statement "the Company has not had any disagreements with De Joya on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedure" is positive... just looks to me like they want a new accountant.
I am waiting to hear some updates on the company... don't get me wrong, any press release like the one this morning may get an investor's attention that was not aware of CLBE, create discussions, investigation and good word-of-mouth... and that's always positive. GLTY
