S2R.....EEL is a partner of ERHC's in block 2. They announced yesterday giving up a 1/4 of a percent of the their interests. That spells imminent drilling news to me.

Often a drilling co will drill for a percentage of the block. In block 2's case it appears almost 3%. With APC having the Belford Dolphin contract.....and with APC being operator of nearby block 3.....and with knowing the BD is slotted to be in Ghana in the 2'nd Q of this year....maybe, just maybe APC is going to drill for that almost 3% piece.
