So Ballard going to the market following the leaders PLUG and FCEL. $350m- $400m stock offering

Given they have little debt due to successful ATM offerings this will all be available for "corporate use".

This should help them with inventory build costs and corporate as they head into new countries with new partners.

Next couple of years will be interesting as companies branch out form their traditional markets to start selling into competitors. How long does first mover advantage count?
