$750,000 is a lot- no doubt about that. I think some of that is the result of taking on LAHO's debt, but haven't really dug in. It could also just be an estimate based on MSSV's operating costs? The important (and somewhat confusing) thing to remember is that statement is a snapshot in time from June 30, 2020. That's why I shared the subsequent event debt resolution- they are required to write everything based on conditions at the time the period ended, and can only discuss any further developments in subsequent events. Also note that in reality, this language in the Going Concern section is pretty typical of penny stocks and you have to take it with a grain of salt or you'd never make a dollar in an OTC ticker.

It is going to be a very different ballgame around here once the GSCG acquisition closes. All perceptions of the Company should be based on that, and not making $30K per quarter selling old coins... note though that they have been very hush- hush on GSCG's actual Financials, but I do believe they are positioned to grow rapidly as a leader in the emerging stem cells medical field. And with how hot the market is right now, GSCG doesn't NEED to be booking $100M in revs to make things very exciting here- just look at OZS*C- I'm trying not to follow it because i sold happily at about $0.01, and watching it run like hell after that makes me sick- but they merged in a tech company that ended up bringing in a very disappointing balance sheet (compared to expectations). The stock diluted to hell and still ended to running to a valuation that would make your head spin. Anything can happen, and all I'm saying is as long as the market stays hot we will see a huge jump by March 16th. If you own shares, I do not recommend selling them here...
