So true DTGoody! But even when you sell too early you just end up in another runner LOL. As fun as this is it's a little scary what it may all mean in terms of our economy. I'm still of the mind set to prepare for some tougher times down the road, but certainly going to enjoy and take advantage for as long as possible ...
