Many here have talked to Ed Hayter and he has told them the same things. I haven't spoken to him since Christmas. Many have talked to him and the things being reported from conversations this week are different than what I was told. The CC may be delayed because of an inspection. He knew the structures on the property needed work and he told me they were going to renovate the clubhouse. I would not think an inspection would change that much. Sounds like it has though.

When I listened to the radio interview it was his voice so I have no doubt it was Ed. Many of the same things that were being promised in that interview are being promised again. But we are all here watching the daily drop, drop, drop in the price.

We have no details on the spin off. I have speculated that we could get shares in the spin off company equal to .01 per share. My estimate was based on 225M shares and the fact that the officers and board members would not receive any shares from the spin off company. That number could be 500M now. I say could...we really don't know. That would mean that the .01 estimate is actually .0045 per share. That would be great and is still possible if the spin off happens and we are fairly treated. Are we going to be fairly treated. I have no idea! None of us do as we have no details.

I have lost a bunch here as have I would think most everyone here. We need to have a good discussion today on what we as shareholders need to do to get some answers on the record. Lets have a healthy discussion as a group as to what we need to do. Work together and then the Company has to answer to us the shareholders.
