KNC and David Lazar are both pretty lousy custodians compared to a few of the others out there.

Lazar is the reverse split king:

KNC has yet to do anything with their shells: EXLA, ADIA, PTAH (was granted back in 2019 and still nothing)

If you want a good play, check out Synergy and Moody/DeNunzio shells, who both have a history of bringing in solid companies, with multiple running to dollars and no R/S history.
