This is all BS. You can say whatever you want and defend Ezra all day long. He screwed everyone over.

Shareholders will be very happy. Haha.

My shares were unavailable for trading today. Shareholders could not sell their shares if they wanted to. You could buy more but couldn’t sell our shares from yesterday.

We did not open at the r/s price of $33 and had a chance to sell. If we did and it dropped to $6 then ok but it did not. We opened at $5.40.

If they r/s my shares 1:85.71 at a value of $6 per share instead of $33. This is what I plan on doing.

Contact and file complaints with the SEC and let them know about this scam Ezra pulled.

Tomorrow I will be contacting Lawyers who deal with matters like this.

My filing will include screenshots. I’m talking about a ton of screenshots accumulated over the last couple of years. Copies of emails from Ezra and all kinds of messages from Ezra will be attached.

If Ezra thinks this LOI will put things back to normal he smoking something. I hope all other shareholders that got screwed do the same thing.

We are supposed to get hundreds of thousands stolen from us and then back the company hoping they can close deals to drive the pps up. Don’t think so.

Instead of investing another dime into this scam. I rather pay a Lawyer.
