Medigreen Holdings is a subsidiary of Geli Holdings and was acquired by Qcells.

From first link below, the Cap table shows 13 cents as liquidation. Dont know if these are part of the 9.6 Million shares outstanding shown for RFMK. Dont know if it means the shares of RFMK will be converted to cash for whomever is holding some of those 9.6 million shares or the 7.38 million shares shown in the Cap table as Shares Authorized.
