was that even a shell company? Or just a company doing a split? That is not the same situation.. here we have a new entity that paid big bucks, my guess is over 350K to buy this shell.. Here a real company will be merging in, not a scam referee helmet.. Not in the same league,, and it loks like they only split to dilute the price further down,, i will wait for filings here, id bet the books look a lot different... tim will tell , maybe Im wrong,, but i wouldnt compare the 2 companies.. not same situation, that one split for a different reason. I will wait, everyone is welcome to sell. i think it would be a big mistake selling down here.

they have diluted ,, they are a share selling scam,, we willl see.. I doubt a scam would buy such an expensive clean shell like this just to dump shares into market.
