Thank you. That has been the biggest question I've had since taking a position...how would a separate non-Chinese Co purchase the UK equity when it's currently structured under a sub with 99% ownership in a Sino-Fgn JV. Today's 6K may be the beginning answer to my question.

Certainly fits my thesis that there has to be some type of restructure with the UK subsidiary to allow a non-Chinese Co to merge.
