The following article mentions that Michael Skinner, current CEO of RAKR, owns Kawartha Entertainment Group and his wife is Catia Skinner. Catia appears to be the current CEO of that company, and is also listed as VP of Marketing at RAKR. Kawartha Entertainment Group is shown to have provided $1.125 million in marketing and advertising services to RAKR in 2018 according to their financial statements. Seems like an awful lot for marketing and advertising.

This next article shows Michael O’Connor, co-founder of RAKR, is also a minority partner in The Venue, which is mentioned as being part of Kawartha Entertainment Group.
