Genius move after the close. Raise the cash to build out Virginia just like Tru has done in FL. Use a third of the proceeds to pay down that 13% debt. By using stock the dilution will be in institutional hands trading levels will remain relatively constant.

These guys are good.

Thirty dollar stock by mid-year 2022. What’s not to love.
