Look at the cabdlestick at 9:10AM there was a share traded at 16.50
Now I've heard two theories.
1. Its some inexperienced trader hitting market trade and not inputing a limit. Ergo u get the next best available share and boom 16.50
2. Its a share check by the shorts to test buyback levels


Still not sure because as much as both these are possible still doesn't quite add up
