I am happy that you are positive. Good thing you didn't listen to Niocorp and buy in 2016 or early 2017 when the share price was around US$0.70/share. That was when Mark stated that he expected to begin construction before the end of 2017.

I find it difficult to say with any enthusiasm something like "Fortunately Mark was wrong about beginning construction in 2017 so that the share price could drop about 40% and new investors could get into the game."
