Yup, Vegas, one R/S as rmhb less than 2 years ago. That one was touted as a means to attract institutional investors. DIDN'T WORK. They have NONE. They have managed, however, to dilute the O/S by 325% since the split while losing millions upon millions of dollars. Quite a business model. Sell enough shares to support the salaries of the 3 at the top while accomplishing little in the way of producing revenues. $205,000 total revenue for 2019 and probably not much more in 2020. Those numbers are so LOW that I could audit them at my kitchen table in a couple days. You must know they are lying about the delinquent reports, so why all the pumping?
