What made you think the SPYR was fully subscribed. Did someone tell you that? I would have liked to see that too but it's just not in the S-1. In fact if it had been sold-out before S-1 it would have been criminal. That is the reason for the document. Although I own some SPYR stock I didn't see anything in the S-1 but did see their directions on how to subscribe. Looking for subscribers implies the 10 million at .25 wasn't sold out at the time. I hope someone close to the company didn't tell you it was a 100% sold. Let us all know. I suspect loose and stupid talk by someone formerly close to the company. Some who read your post also drank the lemonade. Not good.
