To each his own. There are too many decent plays out there for me to put any money in a company with a history of management flat out lying repeatedly. I could have picked up some of the .0001's back when this was NO BID not too long ago, but I prefer to not play the game of counting on a bigger sucker to make a buck.

Whether or not there is actually any value here remains to be seen, and what little value the common shareholder may be entitled to after the preferred shares take 6/7ths of the company just doesn't appeal to me at all.
