That’s funny now you’re asking me for information. I thought you knew everything you read all the filings you were the know it all. The only thing they acquired from SORC is the IP (knowledge)of developing the other three fields over the last eight years. I believe they also acquired some equipment that needs to be paid for in the next 12 months. That’s it. The good part of this entire thing is that they are now free to shop their albeit failed technology and hire an IR/PR company which I hope they will do sometime in the next few months.
