30 Years in development? When Bruce Dugan makes the statement on his website that the AFX platform is the most sophisticated transportation management platform in the market it may sound a bit hyperbolic but considering all the time and money put into the creation of it, it might well be the truth.

This is from an SEC filing in 2009...

American Freight Exchange AFX is intended to be a complex multi-functional time-sensitive software application for the commercial transportation industry such as travel reservations for the movement of commercial freight packaged together in a work-flow system to manage not only the freight movement itself but also the business and transportation community at large This project was originated in 1990 by Mr Dugan At the present time detailed stage planning has been laid out but the programming of the product has not yet been undertaken The Company does not intend to begin any development or expend any funds until 2010 utilizing in-house programmers to develop a prototype funded by ongoing Company revenues.

Before Zimbler stepped in Dugan, through Intech and Incognito were working with Shipzooka on the development.

More than anything, they are recognized as not just a services company, but more of a creative solutions company: they solve complex problems. This is evident in the system and digital architecture plan Mr. Dugan authored for AFX Network, a new software platform being developed through his U.S based Intech Creative LLC. in combination with Shipzooka and Incognito Worldwide — to serve the commercial freight industry.

This was republished last year, originally from 2017 I believe. A good read on Dugan, his accomplishments, and recognitions.

In 2020 i2 stated the large scale development of AFX as well as Caanagistics.

Our large-scale development in 2020 has been DineVite for the restaurant industry, as well as the platform behind AFX, focused on the logistics industry, as we develop the most sophisticated transportation management platform in the market, and a separate cloud platform to manage the logistics supply chain for from GMP Mfg through delivery.

Some of our work previously included the launch of Ayurveda online, the rebuild of the Living Sage Plastic Surgery resource center, and the January release of the I2MCMS platform. Our First Drum Films subsidiary completed the principal photography of a corporate film for OneWorld Pharma and the documentary Ride Of Your Life.

Threw in that last paragraph for the OWPC connection, Incognito also designed and hosts the Cannaworx website as well.

On November 11th the company stated the platforms were in the final stages.

Along with the current software and SAAS platforms being developed by the Company (such as Global3pl, AFX, and our UrbanX platform), that are all in the final stage of development

From the last PR for the acquisition of Recommerce and Kirv it sounds like the SaaS platform is now completed.

Rob Gielt President and CEO of Cannagistics, added, "We at Cannagistics are incredibly happy to have the opportunity to join with Recommerce and create a complete forward and reverse chain logistics company. We can not only manage the supply chain for our clients but will be able to assist our clients with the remanufacturing and selling of all manner of returns as well as provide our clients with the maximum value for resale of these products, coupled with the robust logistical SAAS platform of Global3pl, UrbanX, and AFX, thus providing the first fully integrated forward and reverse logistical technology company."

I don't know about you but I am very anxious to see what a completed SaaS platform 30 years in the making looks like. They may just have created a truly disruptive technology here.

Something else, that I maybe should have led with or put in a separate post, is that i2 is listing HSBC as one of their "Awesome Clients".

Awesome indeed and having a customer of that caliper raises eyebrows. Seriously, this is one of the largest banks in the world! Are they recognizing something here?

Got me thinking.

CNGT!!
