I think it makes complete sense to have a "4 week extension" to completely get everything in order. Since the claims was just filed, they are probably letting that run it's course to then get a real status check to avoid getting it amended later. Also is Chinese new year... Don't expect much from people celebrating holidays haha. I think this will provide a great opportunity for someone looking to load more shares. Go $XMET!
