at this point we are BROKE. Yes it takes pennies for an RS to happen but we are not alone anymore. China is a big gain but can prove to be a big pain.
I dont feel Kan has that option in mind right now, what would he gain? He has the backing now he has dreamed about (China) who will most likely take some of his control away and they are in this for their country not us shareholders back here in the states...
-later on down the road the stock will raise with more ventures (that are already set in place), and some production and placment of product.
-they dont need a RS because IMO thats done when a small company wants to look appealing to others, we dont need others.(yet)
