Download the PDF file (on the right). It looks to me like Apple used the District Court to "discredit" VPLM's patents that were submitted first. imo. (For those of you here through this long ordeal, please excuse those of us new to the case. (Like someone said, there are many stocks making bigly right now so maybe look at them if you find this unbearable). This case just recently caught my interest as a side read.
