By the way, sorry about your Chiefs yesterday. I wish it could have been a little bit more of a competitive matchup as had been expected. But I think Patrick Mahomes was playing hurt from the beginning of the game and the Tampa defense was pretty relentless which didn't help him either.
But it was nice to see Tom Brady win one for Tampa Bay at home and cemented his place in history with his record setting 7th Super Bowl win. Him and Gronk were connecting again too which was fun to watch.
As far as Mohomes and the Chiefs... I really like those guys and I think they will win many more future championships, it just wasn't their time this year to repeat.
And I'm just a fan of good quality football performances when they're being played and not necessarily a big fan of any one team in particular, except for the Lions because I grew up in the Detroit area, but sadly they haven't won a championship since 1958, just after I was born! So when your home team is so bad like that you kind of have to look for some good football elsewhere. LOL!
