Damn straight. I don't think AERO is looking to screw with me... a regular guy that put stock in a commitment to merge... so I say it's step 1 for me... a PR and 8K confirmation that AERO intends to merge with FCCN. Then on to step 2. However, I have confidence that once AERO commits to the process... it's a done deal for me. Call me an idiot, but I don't think AERO or Javelin for that matter, or Peacock want to sully their reputations on some scam. To me.. this is what Peacock does... an excellent job in serving his clients' business needs. I surmise that Peacock and the rest of his crew at Javelin must have more money than they know what to do with. That's what success and wisdom provides these guys and it's a professional freedom that comes from good business moves.... the fun is in the kill. AERO is a slam dunk public company IMO. Where have you seen such an innovative product so perfectly placed in its medium... i.e. NASCAR? It can only grow from all this. It's a superior product with a superior presence.... a sticker on every NASCAR? Major distribution and relationship with Rockford-Montgomery Labs.. and the TV blimp... aaahhhh... the TV blimp.... exposure.

Enough dreaming... this is what it comes down to... deal or no deal. Once AERO signs on... odds of success are significantly higher IMO. Then I'll take it day by day from there.

Right now we wager... PR and 8k with merger agreement? or nothing? I know what my bet is.... and think the current PPS is a gift... especially if the PR comes out. I hope I get a chance to be part of another special opportunity like this... it'll test ya.

It's still a bet... so don't bet the farm.
It's just that it's only a nickel... sheesh...I know some people are pushing some chips in on this.

I watched a significant change in the methodology of the MM's trading over the past week. There was a pattern of resistance much stronger.. they dictated the selling.. nice and regular.. but controlled. However we see them now... spreads up to .005 between BID and ASK at these levels along with the accumulation by some major MM's is either still covering, or harvesting for later sale... Much more collecting going on, float seems gone... and buy pressure pushed this. What was with that quick azz pop this afternoon? And who the funk whacked it? I know it went up quick and you made some money but dang.. you acted like you never saw a dollar before. No matter... answer is around the corner.

Don't kid yourself.. the big money is covered both ways. Real shares to make cash on if it blows up, that's higher than the risk of shorting because the loss stops at zero PPS, and the upside goes oh so much higher. So they buy and do well no matter what with shorting but it's limited to a certain PPS, then they stop, especially before an exchange change. So they have risks too. But they always win. So how do we beat them?

You can't. Only a good business can break these limitations. They have to be the real deal. AERO seems like the real deal to me... especially at these levels. A PR and an 8K are worth waiting for to me. I know my risk. A good portion of us are comfortable at this point. So negatives right now just don't affect my bet at zero hour. People will come out with a lot of doubt...

I don't know the significance of a TA gag order .. or it's predictive effects .. I don't think I would find out before the company answers this for me.

PR and 8K of merger "soon"? Real soon.... yes or no.

I like my hand at this point... and my poker face is on.

Not a bet, buy or sell recommendation.... this guy's an idiot and if you take any words he may say as advice... you deserve to lose all your money. Just do your own DD... or follow the MOMO... whatever...
