TRADER 53: Couple of questions>

1. Where can i buy some of these stocks or which broker will allow me to purchase OTC / pink sheet stocks, i am using fidelity and they will not allow me to purchase these stocks as they have no financial info posted, hence there policy is to limit purchases only from companies which meet and comply completely with SEC and filing regulations.

2. Where can i review the chairmans proposals for Level II info, i saw it once but cannot find it again.
