The key driver is that they are offered at a nickle. Now why would someone pay .05 when they can buy on the open market for a fraction of that? Hmmmmmmm

Another Reg A for a different company today was given at .0024 and the stock went from .0019 to .0048 before retracing today.

If you want shares, you better buy the gap at the open cause we're going to fly.
