I get that VPLM is suing over Apples invalidity of the 606 patent, while Apple is suing over the invalidity of the 872 patent, the 872 has VOIPs name on it...which is what you mentioned before about no name on the patent in question; ok what'd I miss now...it up to the courts and patent lawyers to fight over at this point, not bystanders
